Q. WHAT IF I MISSED PICTURE DAY?
A. If you were out of school on picture day, you’ll be able to make up your photo on a scheduled retake day. This day should be advertised around your school, but you can always check with the yearbook adviser or Main Office.
Q. DO YOU OFFER ANY ENHANCING OPTIONS?
A. Definitely. You can add personalized text (Name 20XX). We also provide Basic retouching services such as complexion softening and teeth whitening or Premium Retouching removes blemishes, pimples, whitens teeth and removes any Fly away Hair. Simply select a package that includes retouching when you order, the same retouch will apply to your Yearbook image. Any specific requests please call to instruct our representatives to add onto the order.
Q. DOES THIS PHOTO GO IN THE YEARBOOK?
A. Yes, but yearbooks display a standard blue or gray background on all student photos all depending on what the Yearbook advise or the school decides for a backdrop, rather than the color options presented for Package purchase.
Q. MY PHOTOS LOOK GREAT! CAN I ORDER ADDITIONAL PRINTS?
A. Of coarse! If you’ve already made a purchase, you can make additional purchases by calling Fotorama Studio 3230587-6688 or Visiting our Studio for a more personal experience. If you are in the process of ordering a package, you will be able to add extra photos to it from the A La Carte selection options.
Q. I ORDERED A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD/ IMAGE EMAILED. NOW WHAT?
A. If you ordered a digital download or Image Email with your order, you’ll receive an email in a few days after your order is completed that includes a Copy Right release form to download and print your image.
Q. WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A. Your photos will be delivered to your school 2-3 weeks after photo day. If Make Up date is booked close to your Initial date, Packages will be delivered once make-up orders are finalized. Call Fotorama Studio 323.587.6688 to confirm estimated time for your package.
Q. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PORTRAITS?
A.You can pay over the phone with a debit/credit card before picture day or after.
On picture day enclose Cash check, Money Order or credit card number information inside your Picture Day order form. Make sure to include Student and School name on the Check or Money order where is visible. Make Checks Payable to Fotorama.
